Disappointing, Lack of follow through, Errors & poor communications, Greedy. My elderly parents hired the principal of this firm for estate planning with myself as Trustee for the estate trust. After my mothers passing I discovered that Rick had set up numerous LLC's and a labyrinth trust web that was so complex for their meager estate it was laughable. Also he had interjected himself into the trusts complexity so there was really no way out other than to keep him on through closing out the Estate. Throughout the process Rick appeared arrogant, overbearing, blustery and uncooperative and self serving. There were many errors in his work - one such instance was in his attempt to clear up a title matter related to my parents house he inadvertently recorded documents transferring the neighbors house into my parents name, the first words out of his mouth was -- I didn't feel comfortable doing that but that was what the title company told me to do .............. Avoid this person and his greed
