commentThese attorneys are what is known in the industry as "bleeders." They will take anything that walks through the door, regardless of whether they know how to handle it. They just want your retainer. It will be gone in less than 2 days for them to prepare the initial suit documents. After that, you will be nickled and dimed for every cough or sneeze on your file. Your file will be ignored once your retainer is gone. Why? Because they are bleeding the current paying clients. If you want to ever get a resolution to your matter, plan on paying $30-$60K at least for their incompetent representation. Judges and court staff hate this firm, because they never do anything right. They are so INCOMPETENT. The primary attorney is going senile and his daughter is an idiot who couldn't pass the bar for years after she graduated. At first glance, you will think they are great people, but it only goes downhill from there.
