Our clients are fathers, mothers, husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, grandparents, guardians, wards, same sex couples and heterosexual couples. We represent and assist clients in pre-nuptial agreements, guardianships, paternity, parenting, divorce, separations, relocation and support cases. We have helped clients resolve their cases through settlement, mediation, litigation and collaborative law. We act as full counsel for some clients, settlement counsel for others and even as ghost writers for others. In addition to acting as a lawyer and providing legal representation, Meegan is also a trained mediator and mediates with couples both with and without legal counsel.
