Bio:Adam has been named annually as a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers-Rising Stars since 2007. Adam is a former president and board member of Minnesota NELA, the Minnesota affiliate of the National Employment Lawyers Association. Adam is a member of the American Bar Association (where he has served on the Trial Practice Committee), the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Minnesota Bar Association.Adam is a graduate of Marquette University and a 2003 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. While attending the University of Minnesota Law School, Adam was a research assistant to Professor Stephen Befort. Adam co-authored with Professor Befort two articles on the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (the federal plant-closing law), as well as a continuing legal education lecture on 2002 Supreme Court decisions in employment law.
