Bio:Anthony J. Lamberti joined the firm as partner in 2011. A recipient of his Juris Doctorate Degree from Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Lamberti's area of concentration are in Article 81 Guardianships, Elder Law and Trusts and Estates matters. Previously, he was the Principal Law Clerk to the Honorable Leonard Scholnick, Supreme Court of the State of New York, Kings County, where he actively participated in the supervision of approximately 1,500 Article 81 Guardianship cases. Mr. Lamberti served as the Second Judicial District Delegate to the New York State Bar Association Elder Law Second Section Executive Committee from 2000 to 2006. He was also the chair of the Sub-Committee on Guardianships. Anthony J. Lamberti has been elected as District Delegate from the 13th Judicial District (Staten Island) to the Elder Law Section Executive Committee. His term begins June 1, 2012 and runs through May 31, 2015. He presently is Chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Brooklyn Bar Association and is a member of their Board of Trustees. Additionally, he was a contributor to the 2011 update of Elder Law and Guardianship in New York.
