Bio: April earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mrs. Bayonne earned her law degree from the William H. Bowen School of Law and her M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. After obtaining her law degree, Mrs. Bayonne went to work for the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission, the only civil rights enforcement agency in the state of Arkansas.
