Bio:Brett Marlowe joined the firm in 2006 and was named a partner with the firm in 2008. Brett focuses his practice representing clients in commercial and construction disputes. He also has considerable experience in civil litigation defense practice including significant injury and death cases arising out of motor vehicle negligence and premises liability. Brett graduated with high honors from Rollins College in 1997 and went on to attend law school at Florida State University College of Law where he participated in the Oxford University Summer Program in Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida as well as the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
