Bio: DarAnne Dunning was born in Sheridan, Wyoming. She was raised on a cattle ranch in an isolated and beautiful area of southeastern Montana near Otter, where her family has ranched for nearly 130 years. She attended the University of Montana, graduating with high honors in Philosophy and Communication Studies (emphasis in Rhetoric and Public Discourse). After working as a fire lookout and firefighter, and coordinating adventure-based ecotourism tours in Ecuador, Peru, and the Galapagos Islands, DarAnne attended law school at the University of Montana School of Law. She graduated with honors and a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law, and also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Public Land and Resources Law Review.DarAnne previously worked in Missoula, concentrating primarily on constitutional, administrative, natural resources, and environmental law cases. During law school she also served as the research assistant for the water law and land use planning professor. DarAnne joined the Keller Law Firm in 2011, specializing in estate planning and probate, property, real estate, natural resources and environmental law, as well as representing clients in general litigation.
