Bio:David T. Klapheke is a partner in the Firm and is a member of the Firm's Finance, Technology and 401K Committees. He obtained his Bachelors of Arts (with distinction) from Indiana University in 1985 and his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University of Law in 1988 where he served as the Student Writing Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal Transnational Law. Mr. Klapheke began his practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the firm of Rider, Bennett in the Litigation Department focusing on insurance defense, product liability, employment law and railroad litigation. He was a frequent lecturer and author on various topics and was elected to partnership in 1994. Since joining the Firm in 1995, Mr. Klapheke has defended corporate and insurance clients throughout the country and has been admitted to practice in numerous state and federal courts.
