Bio:David joined Volk Law Offices, P.A. in August of 2013. Since that time he has worked in commercial litigation, real estate, and business areas. David handles discovery issues and disputes, as well as other litigation issues such as drafting pleadings, motions and, trial preparation materials. This experience helps him in working in the firm’s business practice. David also drafts appeals in State and Federal Court.David graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics. He then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law. David earned his Juris Doctorate in just 5 semesters, was a member of the Dean’s list every semester, and received the Book Award for Sales, dealing with Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. While at UF, David interned at the General Counsel’s Office for the City of Jacksonville. David worked closely with multiple departments in the General Counsel’s Office, including Legislative Affairs, Land Use and Litigation.After graduation David, clerked for the Honorable Judge Timothy J. Corrigan of the Middle District of Florida.
