commentA couple of months have passed and a home , which has a buyer, may not be sold because we were told by the law firm hired to do the title search that the owner cant provide a clear title because of "probate". Promises were made to call the next day and this wasn't done. This real-estate deal appears to be doomed . This was suppose to be completed in 2021. The prospective buyer is tired of waiting and can't get a date to close
