Bio:Jack B. Albanese is Counsel in the Corporate Section and the Labor and Employment Section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP where his main practice concentrates in the areas of labor law and aviation law. He has not only represented airlines in aviation labor matters, but he has also been involved with the representation of clients in airline mergers and acquisitions, privatization of national carriers, Air Freedom, rights including Fifth Freedom Rights, purchase and sale of aircraft, lease purchase and leasing of commercial aircraft, financing activities for used aircraft, financing for start up airlines and joint venture agreements with domestic and foreign companies.
