Bio:JAMES A. SLOWIKOWSKI is a member of the firm. He is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law, and has been a practicing attorney since 1988. Mr. Slowikowski is a member of the Trial Bar of the United States District Courts for the Northern District and the Central District of Illinois, a member of the Bar of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. Mr. Slowikowski joined Marshall N. Dickler, Ltd., now known as Dickler, Kahn, Slowikowski & Zavell, Ltd., in May 1991, and continues to practice in the area of general civil litigation and condominium and homeowner association law. He oversees and litigates homeowner association rules and covenants violation cases, commercial, collection and corporate litigation cases and represents for profit and not-for-profit corporations and associations in all aspects of corporate and association matters. Mr. Slowikowski also represents other corporate clients and also litigates other commercial and real estate matters. Mr. Slowikowski has been lead counsel in trials in both state and federal courts, and has litigated significant claims against condominium association developers.
