Jeff's extensive litigation background includes litigating cases in State Courts throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, hearings before panels of the American Arbitration Association and arbitration through FINRA (formerly the National Association of Securities Dealers). Jeff is licensed to practice in all the State Courts of North Carolina and South Carolina, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Jeff grew up in Charlotte and graduated from East Mecklenburg High School.
