commentTerrible Conservator unethical and incompetent. Her recordkeeping was basically non-existent and definitely not in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices and in no way did it comply with record keeping rules established by ABA. The average probate lawyer with 10+ years of experience in Cumberland county charges $275 per hour. In fact compared to 40 of the most prestigious Probate lawyers in Portland, including practice owners with 30+ years of experience, Jennifer is the only one who charges more than $275 an hour currently her rate is $360. Avoid this lawyer at all costs!
