commentI had a Small Claims Case 128586 June 13, 2013 before Judge Mckeena. She violated my rights to this case. I have the right to bring any civil case before small claims. Besides being unfair, Judge Mckeena doesn't know the law. She would not allow me to speak, shreeded my subpoena documents and told everyone to get out. Subsequently she forged the online court proceedings after I wrote a letter of complaint to San Mateo presiding judge Foilles who fired her. In the online court proceeding, she stated verdict was "no jurisdiction". I decided jurisdiction by bringing the case there, not this criminal judge. Besides, there was no verbal verdict or mailed verdict. The verdict was forged. The Presiding Judge told me to complain to Comm of Judicial performance. They refused to hear the case,.(DL:ej/1020515Wade). This lawyer should be barred from any practice of law.Please note that Kathleen Mary Mckeena has #170036 license.
