As a defense attorney, Ms. Abernethy has defended claims arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and ERISA, among other employment-related statutes. She also has extensive experience litigating claims for breach of contract, unjust enrichment and defamation, among other causes of action that frequently arise in employment matters.
