Bio:Ken graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law. His internships were completed at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office Juvenile Justice Bureau, and at the Champaign County CASA as Guardian Ad Litem for abused and neglected minors. During law school, he was the highest scoring student in Trial Advocacy and earned the CALI award for Trial Advocacy. Ken was also a member of the University of Illinois Trial Team. Ken later joined the McDonough County State's Attorney's Office as an Assistant State's Attorney. He was promoted to the position of First Assistant State's Attorney in May of 2011. Every single jury trial case resulted in a guilty plea or a finding of guilt.Ken was recognized by his peers and elected the Secretary-Treasurer of the McDonough County Bar Association.
