Bio:Kenneth R. Zuetel, Jr. graduated from San Diego State University in 1974 at age 20 with a Bachelors Degree (top 5% - high honors). He was elected to membership in four national honor societies during that time, including Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. In 1978, Ken was one of the youngest members of his graduating class from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree (top 15%) and was elected to the position of Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review, was published, and was also elected to Who's Who Among University Graduates. Following law school, Ken clerked for the Hon. Martin Pence, Federal Judge for Hawaii, and thereafter was associated with two national law firms (Buchalter, Nemer and Thelen, Reid & Priest) in their trial departments. In 1988, Ken Joined the Pasadena law firm of Linton, Cushman & Hammond, which was thereafter renamed Zuetel & Associates. Ken is the managing partner of Zuetel & Associates, and specializes in business litigation, and medical and legal malpractice matters, with an emphasis on arbitration law. Ken has lectured extensively on, and has published over 25 book chapters and articles dealing with civil procedure, trial techniques, evidence and arbitration.
