Since then his primary professional focus has been in the area of civil trial work, trying a variety of types of cases in both State and Federal Courts, including Products Liability, Medical and Professional Negligence, Wrongful Death, Automobile and Insurance Coverage lawsuits, on behalf of insurance companies, insureds and individuals. Kurt has taken over 60 jury cases to verdict in his career. He has also participated in the mediation numerous cases both as an advocate and a mediator. Kurt has served as the Managing Partner of Roderick Linton Belfance, LLP and has also served on the firm's Executive Committee. Currently he serves as the firm's General Counsel and is the Partner in charge of the firm's Insurance Defense Practice Section.
