Bio:I have been practicing law since 1979 in all areas of personal injury. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1979. My initial employment included working as a trial attorney for Racine County and then joining my present law firm in 1982. One hundred percent of my practice is devoted to litigation, primarily representing personal injury plaintiffs. I have, however, represented plaintiffs and defendants in all types of personal injury cases which has given me the experience to know the arguments on both sides of a case. I have also had numerous wrongful death claims and handled other serious injury cases often times resulting in seven figure recoveries. I have been admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Wisconsin and the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. I have been certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer Specialist. I achieved this certification by displaying expertise in litigation through documentation and successfully completing an examination and having judicial and peer references. I am a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. I am a past president and present member of the Racine County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin and have been a Court Commissioner since 1982. My firm's attorneys recognize the obligation to contribute to its community and as part of that philo
