Marcie McMinimee is soon going to be brought to justice. She lied and went through hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars of my mother's money (and my mother didn't have much). She charged for things that were not even in the scope of her authorized by court duties and approved, among other things, for my mother of modest means, TO HAVE NOT ONE, BUT TWO ROOMS IN A NURSING HOME..........ONE OF WHICH MY MOTHER DID NOT NEED AND JUST HAD A CHAIR A PAINTING IN IT. Marcie was abusive to beneficiaries and there is presumptive guilt in her actions and filings. She coerced my mother into signing things when my mother had dementia and other mental health orders and to say she exerted undue influence upon my mother , would be an understatement.
