Bio:Marcus received his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business from Washington State University in 1999 and his law degree from University of Idaho College of Law in 2002. He was admitted to the Washington Bar in 2003. Marcus was also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington and the Washington State Supreme Court in 2003. Marcus is a member of the Yakima County Bar Association, the Washington Bar Association, and the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. The following are areas of practice and experience for Marcus: Adoption, Elder Law, Guardianships, Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant, Estate Planning, Probate, Business Law and Litigation. Marcus has been a guest lecturer at Central Washington University on Washington's residential landlord-tenant law as well as presenter on vulnerable adult protection laws and estate planning. He has handled a wide variety of cases ranging from financial exploitation of vulnerable adults to negotiation of real estate leases and purchases.
