Withheld Evidence Covering Fraud by another Attorney -

commentShe deliberately withheld evidence in my divorce exposing fraud by another attorney, deliberately losing my case. Her correspondence with other attorneys called me her "Goy Client". She illegally disposed of my records within one year, not holding them for the required 7 years. She sent me 6 Clients Files in my records request, some with Childrens information. My Complaint to the VA Bar Association, with all of this supporting information and evidence, was rejected three times. I submitted a complaint to the VA Bar Oversight and they also rejected the obvious breach of Client Confidentiality. They protect each other; there is no Integrity or Justice. Morgan should be disbarred for recklessness with client information and fraudulent billing.

commentShe is disorganized and overestimates her abilities. Her fees are excessive. She does not use an assistant of paralegal so her bills add up quickly. Be careful as she misplaces documents and make her clients to much of the work under the pretense that she is 'saving you money.'
