commentAtty Moore settled my father's estate many years ago. According to my father's last wishes, I was to receive the majority of his estate. I lived in another state and never received any information or paperwork regarding the settlement of my father's
estate. I decided to pursue this matter to see what happened years ago. I found out I was lied to about the value of his estate. I contacted Atty Reid to ask for documents such as the final accounting and settlement of my father's estate. Atty. Reid told me this information was purged, however, I contacted the Palm Beach Co. Courthouse and they found the documents I wanted. Thanks to the efforts of the clerks, I discovered I was lied to about the value of my father's estate. His was estate was worth tens of thousands of dollars more. I was cheated out of a significant amount of money, consistently lied to, and my father's final requests were not honored.
