Bio:Robert H. Johnson helped found the firm in 1981 after a distinguished career that began in a Wall Street litigation firm. Before reentering private practice in Sacramento, he served with the U.S. Justice Department as a Senior Trial Attorney in the Civil Rights Division and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, and was the Administrative Assistant to the Majority Leader of the California State Assembly.
