Bio:Ron is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and has been active in drafting important parts of the Land Use enabling Acts that regulate land use in Pennsylvania. He has worked on the Legislative Task Forces established by the Pennsylvania Legislature to draft and revise state land use statutes. He has served on the Legal Action Committee and Litigation Oversight Subcommittees of the National Association of Home Builders for more than 25 years. He is well known and well respected in the field of land use regulation, and generally represents the land owner in enforcing and protecting their property rights against excessive governmental intrusion.The environmental work he does is in normally in connection with land use and real estate development work. Almost all of his cases involve state and environmental aspects in obtaining governmental approvals for development, including flood plain issues, wetlands, endangered species, water quality, dredge and fill regulations, NPDES permitting, etc.He has held Martindale Hubble’s highest rating (Av) for more than 25 years.
