Mrs. LeBreton has also been the 'legal architect' for the Tulane University RiverSphere Project. Located on the Mississippi River, the project will be a multi-faceted business incubator that focuses on the creation of hydrokinetic energy systems. Development of this project requires in depth knowledge of riverfront title and regulatory issues and involves working closely with the Port of New Orleans, the New Orleans Convention Center and the City of New Orleans on behalf of the client. She has also used her extensive experience to develop the land use rights, conditions and restrictions, so that 10 individually owned properties in the French Quarter could be united into one working hotel complex, and to develop multiple sites through lease or acquisition for a national bank. Mrs. LeBreton's work in both the law and the community was recognized in 2009, when she was selected as a New Orleans City Business Women of the Year honoree.
