Mr. Switkes regularly appears in the federal and state courts on behalf of a wide range of clients, including bankruptcy trustees, debtors, secured, and unsecured creditors, non-debtor spouses, landlords, transferees in avoidance actions, insurance companies, financially distressed companies, and municipalities. Mr. Switkes is active in local and state-wide community and bar organizations.
