Bio:Attorney Kelsey is a Native Washingtonian. She grew up in Northeast Washington until the age of 12, when she moved into the suburbs. Ms. Kelsey graduated from Montgomery Blair High School in 1979 and from The University of Maryland University College, magna cum laude, in 1989. She has been a resident of Prince George's County ever since (with the exception of her law school years, when she returned back to the District to attend Georgetown University Law School from 1989 - 1992). As a long time Prince George's County resident, Ms. Kelsey has not only represented a fair amount of the county's residents, but she has lived among, socialized with and forged many great professional, spiritual and social friendships. She is in tune with the concerns and challenges of her neighbors and residents of MD and DC and she works everyday to assist them in any way she can. Over the years, Ms. Kelsey has gained the friendship and trust of each of and every client. Ms. Kelsey is married, has two teenage daughters and serves on the teller ministry at her church, Kettering Baptist Church located in Upper Marlboro, MD.
