commentThis attorney blatantly, knowingly lied for her client. Ms. Moffet was impervious to truth or honor or integrity. Her sole objective was to clear her client's name even though she had to know, without any question, that her client was not innocent. Ms. Moffet is childish and giddy. She was unprofessionally jubilant in the face of a very serious and distressing situation. She professed her client to be exonerated when in fact her client was nothing of the sort. Her client, as Ms. Moffet well knew, is a person of moral bankruptcy and characterological vacuity. Her client is a person without conscience and Ms. Moffet was well aware of the fact, yet she readily, giddily lied for her client and arrogantly protested on her behalf. Ms. Moffet is the epitome of the worst in personal integrity and ethics in the legal profession.
