Bio:Stanford G. Gann, Jr., a native of Baltimore, is a principal with the law firm of Levin & Gann, P.A. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Federal Taxation. Mr. Gann also earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore Business School. He received a Bachelor of Accountancy from the George Washington University.
