Bio:Mr. De Luca has been practicing law for twenty years. He served as state prosecutor for ten years and prosecuted to jury verdict many high pro-file Class I felony cases that received both local and national media attention. Mr. De Luca also worked for Morrison Mahoney, LLP, a large Boston based law firm, for several years in the Litigation Department. There he handled matters involving general liability, premises liability, nursing home defense, construction litigation, fraudulent insurance claims defense and products liability. He also worked at Rice, Dolan & Kershaw and at Shechtman Halperin & Savage, LLP, where he concentrated in general commercial litigation, collections, and banking regulatory defense. Mr. De Luca also was an assistant town solicitor for the Town of Lincoln, Rhode Island and acted as counsel to the local Zoning Board. Mr. De Luca currently concentrates his practice in all areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, banking regulatory defense, criminal defense, white collar crime defense, domestic relations, nursing home defense and worker’s compensation litigation.
