Mr. Holland should be disbarred and fined. AND forced to pay restitution. He routinely took checks from a major Insurance company that were partial reimbursement for the money I spent to care for my special needs child life saving medical care. Mr. Holland took insurance checks that were co-signed by my ex-husband and Court Ordered to be sent to me. This did not happen. The checks would be then co-signed by Mr Holland and deposited into Mr.Hollands account, he would begrudgingly hand over a small amount written to cash and he would illegally keep a minimum 1/3 of the Indurance companies medical reimbusement for himself and some mysterious and illegal kickback to my child's father. This resulted in disaster! Specifically,delayed medical care and lack of daily medication for my child, My childs breakdown and hospitalization, increased need for medical and adjunctive care, extreme emotional duress and suffering, my choosing to eat or to buy medicine for my child, going without medical care for myself resulting in more ad hoc and emergency medical expense and child care expense.Increased daily expenses and unpaid bills due to the witholding of medical reimbursement. Mr. Holland actively assisted in laundering, profiting from and diverting these funds required for my child to live and have a reasonable quality of life. He assisted in helping a dishonest Father flee the state, keep his address and assets hidden so appropriate Court sanctions could then be avoided and participated in the abandonment of a child with catastrophic injury and illness. Whenever Mr.Holland was called at his "office" his receptionist would always say he was out. He never returned any calls, no matter the date or time. He hid behind his Fathers law firm and connections. When finally confronted in person about the discrepancy in the check amounts he only replied" I did what your ex told me to do. He gave me the money. Thats just the way it is." When I protested saying there would not be enough money to cover my son's medication, his ongoing medical care and that this was a violation of his partner in crimes false promise to the Court he said, " It's not my problem, (And now laughing in my face) why not take it up with your husband-if you can find him... I love that guy." Mr. Holland violated his oath, ge violated the Virginia Bar Code of ethics. He knowingly stole, laundered/ hid funds for his friend meant for a disabled person. He contributed to the endangerment and well being of a very ill person. Ge is guilty of the theft of funds for a vulnerable person. He knowingly and with malice witheld information and misled responsible parties as to the misuse of funds and insurance fraud. He should never be a guardian ad litem or any person with any legal, moral or monetary authority, as he only cares about lining his own pockets and nothing about children with disabilities or their caregiving parent. Shame on you Taylor Holland.
