Bio:Mr. Wilschke began his legal career in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Wilschke served as a prosecuting attorney at Camp Pendleton California, handling a wide variety of criminal and employment law matters. Mr. Wilschke served as a prosecutor and deputy staff judge advocate in the Al Anbar Province of Iraq. There, he handled international law, investigations and prosecutions for violations of the Military code as well as the law of war. After moving to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Mr. Wilschke worked as a defense attorney, defending service members charged with murder, child sexual assault, drug distribution and other felony offenses. He is a frequent speaker on litigation skills and a recognized expert in the defense of sexual assault accusations. After a successful tour as a defense counsel, Mr. Wilschke took over as the Senior Prosecutor at Camp Lejeune, supervising a large staff of prosecuting attorneys. During his service Mr. Wilschke tried dozens of criminal cases to verdict, argued hundreds of evidentiary motions and other hearings.
