Bio:Chris Colclasure joined the firm's Environmental and Litigation Practice Group in 2010 and focuses his practice on the Clean Air Act, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and natural resources development matters. With respect to air quality, Mr. Colclasure assists clients with regulatory compliance, obtaining permits, negotiating administrative orders, and litigating enforcement actions.
