Bio:Christina Marshall is a shareholder in our Cleveland, Ohio office and is the head of the firm’s Warranty Litigation and Appellate practice groups. Over the last 15 years, she has tried both civil and criminal cases throughout the State of Ohio and other parts of the Midwest, and has successfully argued in front of numerous appellate courts, including the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Ohio. She has defended major manufacturers, health care providers and excess insurers in products liability, warranty/consumer law, class action, professional liability, mass torts and catastrophic injury cases.In 2007, Christina was selected by a major automobile manufacturer to be one of only five attorneys in the United States responsible for overseeing the early resolution and defense of its consumer claims. To date, she has handled the evaluation and strategic defense of well over 4,000 claims brought against that company across the Midwest involving allegations of state lemon laws as well as violations of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Consumer Sales Practices Act.Christina’s appellate experience began early in her career when she was appointed as an Assistant County Prosecutor to be Chief of the Summit County (Ohio) Appellate Division.
