Bio:AV Preeminent | DAVID earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University and graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2003, after which time he served the citizens of the State of Missouri first as a law clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals and then as an Assistant Greene County Prosecuting Attorney. He entered private practice with Ingold & Associates, LLC where he focused on estate planning and probate and trust litigation, then later formed the law firm of Imhof & Healy with Daniel W. Imhof. Following Mr. Imhof’s election as the 31st Circuit Greene County judge, David formed Healy & Healy in 2007 alongside his brother, Douglas. Here, David maintained a broad trial practice, ranging from criminal defense in state and federal trial courts and has litigated in federal courts of appeals. He also practiced civil litigation in the areas of personal injury matters, family, and juvenile matters, including contested adoption proceedings, and probate and trust litigation. David also performed a substantial amount of transactional work for a number of local businesses as well as estate planning for numerous southwest Missouri families during his time with Healy & Healy.In January of 2014, David merged his practice with the practice of David N.
