Bio:David H. Hollander, Jr. is an international trade and intellectual property attorney. David's clients have included both large multinational corporations and smaller entities appearing for the first time in an ITC investigation. Prior to joining the firm, David served for over six years as an Investigative Attorney in the Office of Unfair Import Investigations at the ITC. In that role, David became well-versed in the procedural and substantive nuances of Section 337 practice. Since leaving the ITC, David's practice has emphasized the unique aspects of Section 337, including the evolving "domestic industry" requirement. David draws on his experience and his knowledge of intellectual property law to provide effective and efficient advocacy on behalf of his clients.
