Bio:David grew up in Roswell, Georgia. He is the father of 18 year old Charity May and 13 year old Dalton May. He has served as a foster parent and would welcome the opportunity to do so again. After graduating from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science, and also earning certification as a paralegal from North Metro Technical Institute, he attended law school and graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.While in law school he worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office in the 17th Judicial District in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where he tried his first cases. David also worked in a fast paced personal injury firm in Miami before graduating from law school. After graduating from law school and gaining admission to the Florida Bar, David returned to the Atlanta area. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia, and has specialized in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases since 2003. After working for a small Metro Atlanta area workers’ compensation and personal injury firm, David began running his own law practice beginning in 2006. David enjoyed building the firm into a successful one. He built the practice primarily through the trust of clients and attorneys who referred him cases.
