He is a Florida Bar Board Certified Tax Lawyer and is a past chair of the Florida Bar Tax Certification Committee. For over ten years Harris has served as a Director of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar and is currently its Chair-elect. He will serve as Chair of the Tax Section beginning July 1, 2021.
