S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Mr. Gillon received his undergraduate education at Mississippi State University receiving his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in 1988. His legal education was received at the University of Mississippi where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1991.
