Bio:James M. Daigle is a 1987 graduate of the University of Oregon and a 1994 graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law. After law school he clerked for The Honorable Frank Bearden, Multnomah County Circuit Court judge, from January 1995 until May 1996. Mr. Daigle served as a prosecutor with the Washington County District Attorney's office from 1996 to 1999 where he gained substantial jury trial experience.In 1999 Mr. Daigle joined Brisbee & Stockton and began defending a wide variety of civil lawsuits. Since that time he has tried many cases to a jury, including 17 trials in 2003. Mr. Daigle' s practice includes the defense of general contractors, the trades and design professionals in complex construction defect cases involving schools, condominiums, commercial structures and single-family homes. His trial experience includes the defense of hospitals and medical professionals in medical malpractice claims and the defense of individual and corporate clients in negligence cases.
