The department estimates that 1.2 million establishments employing 91.1 million workers will be affected by the Final Rule change, the authors wrote. The new amendments focus primarily on the military leave provisions of the FMLA and the hour of service requirements under the Airline Flight Crew Technical Corrections Act.
