I attended and graduated Simon Fraser University and then headed south to Seattle University for Law School. After law school i headed to Bellingham in order for my family and children to be close to my parents who reside in the Vancouver area. As a result of this heritage and close proximity to the Canadian border I have created a sub-specialization, if you will, of immigration consequences for DUI and alcohol related convictions with respect to Canadian Immigration. The Canadian collateral consequences associated with acriminal conviction in the USA, is largely unknown to the average person.Whileit is possible to visitCanadian provinces with a criminal conviction itusually requires the passage of at least 7 seven years.
