Ms. Silva was born in Worcester, MA in 1972, and grew up in Westborough, MA. Upon graduation from Westborough High School in 1990 she attended the University of New Hampshire. She graduated with honors in 1993 and began attending Tufts University to pursue her masters degree in occupational therapy. Ms. Silva worked at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Westborough as the occupational therapy supervisor for many years before deciding to attend law school. In 2005, she graduated from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, MA. She now lives in Westborough, MA with her husband and two children.
