Bio:Daniel graduated from the University of South Carolina Honors College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Daniel served on the Editorial Board of the South Carolina Law Review and received the CALI Award for Legal Drafting.After graduating law school, Daniel practiced in the area of workers’ compensation insurance defense in South Carolina. In 2011, he joined a North Carolina law firm, where his primary area of practice continued to be workers’ compensation insurance defense. He is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
