Bio:Judge Rosenberg was appointed to the Superior Court in Essex County in June, 2005. He served in all Divisions until his retirement in April, 2016. The majority of his time was in the Civil Division wherein he served as the Supervising Judge of the Special Civil Part. He presided over Law Division, jury and non-jury matters, as well as Chancery Litigation, as he was also designated as the back-up Chancery Judge. While serving in the Family Division, Judge Rosenberg was both the Lead Judge for Non-Dissolution matters as well as being assigned to the FM or Dissolution docket.
