Bio:President of Clyde Snow & Sessions, Mr. Snow represents clients in a variety of commercial cases including legal and accounting malpractice actions. As part of his white collar crime practice, he represents corporate clients and officers in grand jury investigations and before federal and state administrative agencies: Securities and Exchange Commission, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Homeland Security (ICE), and the Department of Labor. He also conducts corporate investigations for management and has authored numerous articles on professional malpractice and mediation. His past experience includes serving as assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Utah (1973-1976), special counsel for the Salt Lake County Grand Jury (1986), and appointed special prosecutor for the Utah Supreme Court (1986-1987). Recently, he has been serving as a mediator and arbitrator for select cases as well as a member of the Bar's Executive Committee and numerous other committees; and in July 2011, he was sworn in as president of the Utah State Bar following a year-long term as president-elect.
