The best part of my job is solving problems. I love finding solutions that will work so that my clients have a way to proceed to get what they want. I like to think outside of the box and find out the underlying reasons all parties have to why they are asking for particular concessions or requirements. By finding out the reasons, I discover that we can address the concerns in different ways so that all parties can agree. What do you think are the three most important things you do to serve your clients? I listen to find out what they really want; I try to give them options on how they can get to where they want to be; and I really care about our clients.
